# Configuring Enhanced Checkout (Deprecated)

At the end of 2018, Veeva stopped supporting the Enhanced Checkout Java applet. The new [Vault File Manager](/en/lr/44346/) functionality replaces the Java applet and we encourage you to begin using Vault File Manager.
